Resep - Membuat CupCake Coklat dan Vanilla

Resep Cupcake Coklat

Bahan :

– 100 gram gula pasir

– 100 gram margarin, lelehkan

– 75 gram coklat masak pekat, lelehkan

– 75 gram tepung terigu

– 1/2 sendok teh cake emulsifier

– 1/2 sendok teh baking powder

– 12 endok makan susu bubuk

– 3 butir telur

Cara Membuat :

Pertama-tama kocok telur, gula pasir dan cake emulsifier hingga berwarna putih dan mengembang. Kemudian tambahkan tepung terigu, susu bubuk dan baking powder sambil diayak dan diaduk-aduk hingga rata.

Setelah itu masukkan margarin dan coklat yang telah dilelehan, aduk hingga rata.

Tuang adonan tersebut ke dalam cetakan muffin yang telah dialasi dengan paper cup hingga 3/4 penuh. Lalu kukus cetakan adonan tadi kurang lebih selama 15 menit hingga matang.

Angkat dan dinginkan.

Cupcake coklat siap untuk dihidangkan.

Resep Cupcake Vanilla

Bahan :

– 250 gram gula pasir

– 200 gram tepung terigu

– 150 ml susu

– 125 gram mentega

– 2 butir telur

– 1 sendok teh baking powder

– 1/2 sendok teh vanilla essense

Cara Membuat :

Panaskan oven dengan suhu 180 derajat celcius, kemudian siapkan loyang cupcake.

Setelah itu kocok mentega, gula, dan vanilla essense dengan mixer hingga mengembang dan pucat. Lalu masukkan telur, kocok lagi hingga rata dan mengembang.

Selanjutnya masukkan tepung dan susu secara bergantian, aduk hingga rata.

tuang kedalam loyang, kira-kira 2/3 dari tinggi loyang. Panggang 15 hingga 20 menit.

Angkat dan dinginkan.

Cupcake vanilla siap untuk dihidangkan.

200 gram tepung terigu protein sedang

Bahan Saus:

150 ml susu cair 

35 gram gula pasir 

1/8 sendok teh garam 

10 gram cokelat bubuk 

50 gram cokelat masak pekat 

1/2 sendok teh maizena dilarutkan dalam 1/2 sendok teh air 

Cara membuat:

Ayak tepung terigu, gula pasir halus, dan baking powder. Tambahkan garam. Aduk rata. Sisihkan.

Campur telur dan susu cair. Aduk rata. Tuang ke dalam campuran tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk rata.

Masukkan margarin leleh sedikit-sedikit sambil diaduk perlahan. 

Tuang satu sendok sayur kecil di wajan datar. Biarkan asal berkulit. Balik. Biarkan sampai matang.

Saus, rebus susu, gula, garam, dan cokelat bubuk masak sambil diaduk sampai mendidih. Masukkan larutan maizena. Aduk sampai meletup-letup. Matikan api. Tambahkan cokelat masak pekat. Aduk hingga larut . Sajikan pancake bersama sausnya.
